Chip has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is an experienced transaction lawyer representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and their ongoing business needs. He represents a number of international companies in their U.S. transactions.

  • Founding director of Leadership North Carolina, and served as its Chairman from 1999 to 2004
